By accessing, browsing, or using the 999xcom website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 999xcom Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who access the Platform without creating an account. Certain features and services of the Platform are available exclusively to registered account holders who have completed the verification process.

To register an account and use the gaming services offered on 999xcom, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of 999xcom, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a 999xcom account suspended or permanently closed for a terms violation.

999xcom reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension pending further review.

To access the full range of services available on 999xcom, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 999xcom. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 999xcom employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held within them may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are obligated to keep your account information current. Any material change to your personal circumstances (including change of address, contact details, or payment methods) must be updated in your account settings or communicated to our support team promptly.

Identity Verification (KYC). 999xcom is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's licence, or Philippine national ID)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits

Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 999xcom will process KYC submissions as promptly as reasonably practicable.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 999xcom account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

999xcom will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 999xcom that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 999xcom immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 999xcom will take reasonable steps to investigate reported unauthorised access; however, 999xcom shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All bets, deposits, and account activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You accept full responsibility for all activity on your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity results directly from a security breach caused by 999xcom's own negligence.

Accepted Payment Methods. 999xcom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Own-Name Requirement. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts registered to family members or friends — are strictly prohibited. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name. 999xcom reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification.

Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time and credited to your 999xcom wallet immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer and card deposits may be subject to processing times of up to one (1) banking day depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 999xcom within the timeframes specified in the cashier section of the Platform. 999xcom is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Maximum transaction limits may be imposed in accordance with 999xcom's risk management policies or applicable regulatory requirements.

Anti-Money Laundering. 999xcom is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Unusually large transactions or patterns of transactions that raise AML concerns may be subject to enhanced due diligence, temporary holds, or reporting to relevant authorities as required by law.

999xcom offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded on 999xcom are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse. 999xcom reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Placing bets with the intent to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine gaming purposes
• Coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional offers
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

999xcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already validly claimed.

All games available on the 999xcom Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Game Outcomes. All slot and table game outcomes on 999xcom are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and drawing of cards or other gaming equipment by a human dealer, as captured by live video feed. 999xcom does not manipulate game outcomes.

Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended. Bets placed in error — including incorrect stake amounts or incorrect selections — are the sole responsibility of the player.

Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection that affects the outcome or completion of a game round, 999xcom will apply its malfunction policy as set out in the relevant game rules. Generally, 999xcom reserves the right to void bets affected by technical errors. All jackpot wins and other significant winnings are subject to verification before payment.

Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the sports betting rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. In-play (live) betting rules apply to bets placed after an event has commenced.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999xcom Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any card game, live dealer game, or multiplayer format
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions in bad faith
• Allowing or enabling a third party to access or use your 999xcom account

All content on the 999xcom Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 999xcom or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on Platform content

The 999xcom name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 999xcom. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the 999xcom name, logo, or trademarks without prior express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999xcom, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 999xcom shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Losses arising from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 999xcom's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or advice provided through the Platform or support channels

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, 999xcom's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your 999xcom account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 999xcom's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Suspension by 999xcom. 999xcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable Platform rules
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Where continued account operation presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via an approved payment method.

Closure by Player. You may close your 999xcom account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules, and any verified remaining balance will be withdrawn to your nominated payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.

Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly. Please refer to the Responsible Gaming page for further details.

999xcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

999xcom handles all personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is necessary for the provision of the Platform's services, compliance with legal obligations, and fraud prevention.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of 999xcom to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude 999xcom from taking proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

Where a dispute arises in connection with online gaming regulatory matters, 999xcom will co-operate with PAGCOR and any other relevant Philippine regulatory authority in accordance with its regulatory obligations.

999xcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 999xcom will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, via an in-platform notification, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

The updated Terms will be effective from the date indicated in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
